The ability to utilize a workout plan tailored to your health and fitness goals, receive nutrition advice, generate goal setting techniques, incorporate habit breaking, and schedule weekly to monthly check-in calls leaves endless possibilities for all clients.

Coach CAP
With a Bachelors in Psychology and Masters in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, Coach Cap looks to combine the way the brain functions with how the body moves to increase athletic performance. Coach Cap also aids in how confidence is built through weight loss, hypertrophy, and maintenance. He is dynamic, energetic, and knowledgable in all main areas of movement. He also is well trained in strength and conditioning and has played at the collegiate and professional level for soccer. After playing a combined 6 sports in high school, Coach Cap can get you right where you need to be!
